A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city: and their contentions are like the bars of a castle.

one of my facebook friends posted this today and it just really hit home.  as i've stated before, forgiveness is one of those things i constantly work on.  it is interesting how the strangest things remind me that i need to work on this!!! i guess God speaks to us in ways (and at times) we don't expect.

and, this comes on the heels of sad news from a different friend of mine.  she (they) is in my prayers today.  i hope this proverb is not applicable to her circumstance.
